I think the US is one of the best countries in the world. I live in the US, but the leaders now, and some of the laws are just plain rediculous. Majority of the people voted for Al Gore, yet , G. W. Bush got elected, which I think its just plain unfair. One of the laws that should be change is the electoral vote, to Popular vote, which is what every democratic country does, exept the USA. I wont call out the US to generalize, but our president represents the USA, sadly, I dont support nor voted for this president, whom won so unfairly. Why didnt they just do a REVOTE ? I would at least be happy with just knowing that he won clean and fairly.

Those numbers are police numbers, which tend to be right on or sometimes conservative. These are the numbers I got, they were protests in about 600 cities world wide.

Because what i said wasn't against any of the rules!
(except those that might be invisable and only available to those great MOD's of ours)
It was my opinion that many of the people attending these rallies are in a way strengthening terrorist moral.

its giving them more incentive to fight, they see that Hussain is getting away with shit, and in some fucked up way, they feel like its a victory for their 'cause'.

We should all stand together against opressive terror regimes like this one (iraq).

Hey Eugene I was there, and there were at least over a million marching THROUGHOUT THE DAY(some ppl went and left early, others came later, so it is very hard to get a general idea total). but, from around 12 straight thru to past 4pm and prob around 5, there were undulating throngs of ppl streaming in thru the gates of Hyde Park.

The police and press tend to always estimate numbers conservatively and organizers seem to sometimes be generous in their take, so the actual numbers lie usually in between. still 500,000 is a lot of ppl making their voices heard, and since it is undeniably the largest public political demonstration the UK has ever seen, that alone says something in itself.
