hmmm anyway this claire.... couldnt be bother to sign up
anyway my option is that they were way average. im sick of promoters bringing out producers, cause they cant mix- and most of the time they dont know how to please the crowd.
the high light of my night was watching some upn comers haze vs cryptic.... awesome hard banging set! they had great presence, their mixing abilities where top class..... i think alot of us are under the illusion that these internationals are good... i cant tell u how bad cosmic gates beat mixing was the week before....
my overall option of the night is....." bring out the fkn dj's.... not producers"… (ironically, I am looking forward to pants and corset)
ooooo by the way i still had an awesome night..... every dollar well spent!

I had a great night! I liked Dumonde's set(s), there were quite a few beautiful and uplifting sounds, quite a few unknown to me, which is good. We were having the time of our lives at the front!
It was great to to meet Hal, and to see Joel, Helen, Sel, James and Richard again.
Hal, remember I asked you about your name ("like in the movie")... I was referring to 2001: a space odyssey... Hal is the computer, which at one stage says "my mind is going". Nice name! I hope to see you around more often.
Sel and James, did you sit around the whole time? I didn't see you on the dancefloor at all, only when you were sitting around!
I think it was the remix rather than dub of Ayumi Hamasaki - Trauma that was played.
Did they play Digital Blonde - Legato (Dumonde remix)?
Helen, you asked me whether Solar factor - Urban Shakedown was actually M.I.K.E.. Yes that's right Solar Factor is Dirk Dierickx.
I liked how there were more uplifting tunes than the earlier events (my previous transmission attendance was at the Metro theatre in February 2000), though I still wish there was more uplifting stuff and less of the bland hard trance. Uplifting hard trance is still good though.
My photos turned out brilliant, possibly the best I've taken! I was glad to have gotten it back from repair on Thursday while I was in Melbourne (that's where the Olympus repair centre is). It took a lot of haggling to get it back. I'm surprised at how crisp and clear many of the shots turned out. Quite a few of the laser shots are amazing! I haven't taken laser shots this good in a very long time. Send me a private message for the URL to them.
So many people I knew went, including people I didn't expect to see. It wasn't easy trying to spend time with everyone. I missed out on meeting up with a few particular friends unfortunately.
The VIP passes were funny... anyone who actually wore them would have had a false sense of importance. The room was too inconvenient to get to, and there was nothing special about it. Though it was good to meet Dumonde and get their signature (even though each signed for the other!).
