Erhm.

Tranceport 2 was released November of 1999. I don't know how you were hammering that one back in 97.

But that's besides the point.

The odds are pretty good that I'm older than you, so I don't think you should be the one calling me a little boy.

If you don't download albums, then why the hell are you arguing with me? If you're out there buying you're stuff, then you're all good.

It was one of that group that I was playing between 1997-2000. The others were from earlier.

What, that theft is wrong? That record labels are being hurt due to the theft of their music?

no....the question is how much.

if mp3's had not come along..i doubt I would have bought as many cd's as I have because you hear a song on it and go...the rest must be as good.

Also I doubt I would have seen so many dj's live

add to my list wider angle and the hybrid remix album. Both recommended buys.

Without the Internet, I wouldn't know shit about trance. I would still call it techno and bop my head to Darude and DJ Sammy.

I would never have bought any GUs, Airdrawndagger, ISOS series, Magik Series, Northern Exposures, Communicate, TPOD, Global DVD/CD, Tranceport 1-3, etc ...

if it wasn't for mp3's, i'm probably still listening to mainstream pop as my main choice of music. mp3's brought me to the scene and in turn, i show my support by buying vinyls.

I don't know wether lightning records was bad managed but their distribution was horrible. Here in belgium it was and still is nearly impossible to get any trance record. Only the fucking retro is available. Before I had an internet connection i only bought records. But since I've got the internet I know much trance tracks than ever before. When i liked I ordered them in belgium but I never got any respond, sometimes i got a respond after 6 months. So there was only one solution--->play illegal mp3's
Now I've ordered some trance tracks in the netherlands i hope i get respond.
