most people consider classic trance tracks to be from 96 - 99...though i see how everyone sees them as that i also see classics as the tracks from the early 90s or even late 80s...i know in greece it was on the radio all the time ( and in germany as beroshima said) yes, there were songs back then that were trance, just not classified as trance cause there was no such thing then...anyway i cant tell ya my favorites from back then cause i dont have their names!! but my recent classics list would be:

push - universal nation
cosmic gate - mental atmosphere
bbe - seven days and one week
cygnus x - the orange theme
sunbeam - outside world

(btw i live in nyc i just visit my home there frequently)
