I'm a forth year Bach Business/ Bach of Info Systems uni student.

1. Waiter
2. Work for Fujitsu/Coles Myer, currently going around Vic putting in all those new touch screen registers that Coles have. And am soon going to start on another project upgrading the servers, workstations and tellers for the Commonwealth Bank. So then i'll be working for Fujitsu/EDS/Commonwealth Bank.

The works not bad, pay is alright, and the Commonwealth bank will pay over $20 an hour (that's like 1 and a bit record every hour)... and you get paid the time it takes you to get to work when u go out of melb + .45c a km.

This will all hopefully get me a job in a graduate position for the IT department of some decent company.

But then again the IT industry atm is getting it's arse kicked

since this thread i have picked another job, besides my gardening, im now tutoring a 1st year computer science student. Currently explaining the hard areas of Java such as If statements and Loops.

haha. its come to the point where ur rate of pay is measured thru records? lol thats a nice job u have there though. i'm only gettin paid about 0.7 records p/h for my job.

I'm a 2nd year Bachelor of Arts student, which means I have 12 hours a week of class a week and I still complain !lol

I also work casual at Victoria's basement in the QvB (Queen Victoria Building) which is not to bad
