I don't really mind Judge Jules in fact as u can c by my pic under my name i have a chance to speak with him b4 is set at Tonic last Oct/02. My fav. song from that set was DJ Tomcraft - Loneliness, when he droped that song the place (tonic) went crazy - everyone was up and jamming to beat. Like drewfactor said if u want some uplifting high engery music that will keep u moving throught his set then this is the party to come to. I have seen Jules now 3 different times here in Toronto and not once has he let me down. He is very capable of spining a trance set ( Live @ Qontact) or just listen 2 any of his gatecrasher set b/c u have a lot to choose from and my fav. Live @ Lush june 30/00 and homelands 02. So with that i can't wait until he once again graces us (toronto) with his presents.

All I can say is that I'll be there... Uplifting/epic/high-energy trance is what I love and I know (hope) Jules will deliver!

Meh, I won't throw insults at a DJ I have never seen nor have heard their sets. I do Find his tracklisting, well, not to my taste and I will leave it at that without calling him anything. I have a choice not to go and I am not being forced togo see him.

Does anyone if Judge Jules has learned to beatmatch since the last time he was here at the Kool Haus? If he has, I'll be there.

Honestly, if you're looking for a night of technical skills on the turntables and mixing wizardry then don't bother.

Personally I go for his track selection. Really enjoy some of the high energy stuff he spins. Granted he could do a bit better on the beatmatching and what not but really, I've had such a good time hearing some of my favorite tracks played that I didn't even notice the slight irregularities in mixing.

Exactly....

I'm not looking for a world DMC champion (like Mauro P. - who is a mixing god!) but I'm looking for an uplifting set, with great tracks/anthems. Judge Jules will deliver!

Tonight's the night! With all this bad weather, SARS, PVD postponed - looking forward to a night of good, uplifting music from the Judge. Wish the weather was better but oh well....welcome to Canada. Feel bad for Jules as he's always come in shiity weather...probably thought April would be better....NOT!
