here is my workout from this morning...i'm trying something kinda new so the weights are pretty low. man that shit was working good...i'm exhausted..so i'll probably keep doing it this way...the exercises that are for the same muscle group are super setted together...
also i've been trying to isolate the different sides by doing cable and db exercises...
Bench Press (BB):
95 x 12 , 105 x 10 , 105 x 9 , 105 x 9
Cable Cross-Overs (Single Arm):
10 x 12 , 10 x 10 , 10 x 12 , 10 x 10
Bent-Over Row (BB):
65 x 12 , 75 x 12 , 75 x 12 , 75 x 11
Seated Row (Single Arm):
30 x 12 , 30 x 12 , 30 x 12 , 30 x 12
Should Press (BB):
45 x 10 , 45 x 9 , 45 x 8 , 45 x 6
Arnold Press (DB):
15 x 10 , 15 x 11 , 15 x 10 , 15 x 7
Incline Bench Press (BB):
Incline Cable Cross-Overs (Single Arm):
Bent-Over Row (DB):
Lat Pull Down:
Up Right Row (BB):
Shoulder Shrugs (DB):
i was gonna do a second work out tonight, but i dunno if i'm gonna have the energy hehehe...might just do it next time.
also i think after today i'm gonna change my routine to this...
Torso Day
Cardio, Abs, Calves Day
Leg Day
Cardio, Abs, Calves Day
Arm Day
Cardio, Abs, Calves Day
basically trying to get some more rest in between days. i think you're right mason when you say that muscles need more rest hehehe. so that plus eating right...should be good to go i think...

update:
got to the gym a 6, i did bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press, 4 sets each. then 3 sets of chest flys.
shoulder press with bar, machine shoulder press, that shoulder exercize where you lift the bar with your hands together from your stoache to your neck. rear shoulder flys, side shoulder raises.
bicep cable curls (palms down), then close grip palms up, palms up wide grip machine curls, 4 sets each. 2 sets of preacher curls.
no time today for triceps and forearms , i hate having to share a car. and yes im too lazy to post the weights and reps.
