The company delivered revenue of $28.27 billion and earnings of $7.05 per share. Apple sold 17.1 million iPhones, 11.1 million iPads, and 4.89 million Macs. I'm so out of the loop but....

Is there anyway to downgrade the firmware on a iPhone 4 thats been upgraded to 5.0?

I just bought my buddy one that I am going to convert to prepaid, thing is i need to be able to jailbreak it in order for the internet and MMS settings to work...

Or is there a JB for 5.0???

That dude completely misses the point of the 5Dmk2... low light performance.

Yes both look good in day light, but the iPhone 4S doesn't even come close of a 2k$ camera + lense.

iOS definitly has issues with text messaging and 3G performance (unless its fido that is acting up)... i get the messages in bulk, sometimes i'm stuck on Edge while my buddy next to me has 3G without any issue.

App Store takes a while to load sometimes...

iOS5 needs polishing.

1) NO, Apple made it impossible to downgrade starting with iOS5.
2) Don't need to jailbreak, you can change the APN with Apple's APN tools and there's no unlocks currently for iOS5 Baseband
3) Tether Jailbreak only

It's your coverage from Fido and not iOS5.

It's extra buttery and fast on Rogers in Toronto, 1/4 sec detection for iMessage in most areas I've used and the Apple Store is perfectly normal here.

Would you like a video sir? Your buddy, what carrier and phone does he have?

Family forgets to change to a roaming plan, receives $201,000 cellphone bill while visiting Canada

Traveling outside Canada can be a killer on your cellphone bill. Weve seen many Canadians get hit hard with massive bills, some have reached as high as $37,000, a $8,000 and $13,000.

This one is from our friends south of the border who came to our great land and sprung a HUGE bill. Celina Aarons and her two deaf-mute brothers all share a plan and the only way they communicate is via text messages. The brothers came to Canada for a couple weeks and she forgot to change the plan, activating roaming, and dolled up over 2,000 text messages and watched a few videos. Upon opening the 43 page bill the total came out to be $201,000. Aarons stated that I was freaking out. I was shaking, crying, I couldnt even talk that much on the phone. I was like my life is over!. T-Mobile graciously reduced the bill to $2,500 and gave the family 6 months to pay.

Saweet! with IOS5 I do not need to jailbreak at all? Awesome. (makes sense considering the 4s is supposed to be a 'world phone', I think that's what I remember reading in here) Will upgrade soon. Prob tonight.

It's Fido's problem in your region, call them up and complain. Last year in the DT core in Toronto, we had "load" that got stuck for 3 weeks on Rogers.

Lately I've been getting max speeds of 6.1+mbps in all areas of Scarborough.(since you lose about a MB due to OTA Down streaming)

Post a speedtest pls.
