FInally an entertaining Raps vs Nets game with Raps winning. Nets losing after Nachbar missing an open 3 in the final play.

Sorry but you know nothing about Basketball. Dirk will step up again, the Mavs win @ ugly Oakland and than win the last game @ home and no one remembers Golden State for the next 10 years.

1. Your beloved team is still down 2-3 to an EIGHT SEED. Won 67 games for what? Still haven't won in Oakland yet either. Third, your team just finished a game nearly blowing a 21 point lead at home. Not sure how that inspires a ton of confidence.

2. I don't know much about basketball? Right. Spoken from a German whose been following the sport for like 4 years and is CLEARLY the biggest bandwagon guy on the SD forum.

Played basketball for 10 years. Followed the sport since 1984. I like my chances.

As Bill Walton would say "Throw It Down Big Fella!"
Mavs got unlucky with their 8 seed, plain and simple. Warrios have had their number for what 7 games now (including regular season games)? because of mismatchup problems. If they were playing the Lakers or Clippers, we wouldn't be talkin bout Mavs getting knocked out first round. Not an excuse to lose in the playoffs, they should have had this series won by now, but if they get past this series, that's a HUGE boost for the team and cant see anyone stopping them.

Sorry 4 my words, hope you forget me. I was a little bit to strong with them.

But even that I'm German I follow the NBA since the early 90's and play Bball myself since than.

And biggest bandwagon guy? mmh... Cowboys-Fan since early 90's and even during the 5-11 seasons.

And if I'm a bandwagon-guy I would be fan of the Yankees.

And I cheer for the Mavs because of Dirk, is that wrong?

Brandon Roy won rookie of the year. Just wanted to emphasize that considering I predicted he'd win back before the season started in this thread.

Roy earned 127 of 128 possible first-place votes, matching the 99.2 percent vote total that Chris Paul received last season. That number stands as the highest percentage of votes since David Robinson won the award unanimously in 1989-90.

Andrea Bargnani?....................

spurs win series 4-1. a perfect example of "good teams win games, great teams know how to close out games."
