Epicurus: I have been listening to Tiesto since the first ISOS and have been on the tiesto forums for 3 years, so technically I am not a noob But I do get a bit annoyed at a tiesto party when a person will sing the whole "Love Comes Again" track, but fails to know a classic like "Open your Eyes," or whatever.

Malek: I am trying to get my booty up to the Bal, but like I said NY people would think a 14 hour trance party is a great as a funeral....I may end up coming by myself, and I am trying to decide if I am comfortable enough in a strange city to do that!

FunkenLouis: I found about about TA from my Toronto/London friend who I met on the Tiesto forum (NFC WAVE)....he about bitch slapped me when I told him I have never been on TA before since I love the music so deeply LOL

Thanks for the welcome everybody!

A 3 year Tiesto-listening noob Oh the horror, oh the calamity You see, my use of the word noob can be construed in two different ways. The first way is in the traditional sense of noob, and refers to a person who has just gotten his feet wet when it comes to, say, EDM. The second sense of the word, and this is applicable to you my dear, refers to a person whose musical taste leaves a lot to be desired And no, I have absolutely no shame in making objective claims of musical superiority with regards to a topic that is clearly subjective and dependent on one's whims and desires, because someone has to start some drama around here since Krinker's been hibernating in Chicoutimi

On a more serious note, as long as you can get yourself to Montreal, we'll all make sure that you have an unforgettable experience. No one ever forgets their first Bal, and I guarantee you'll have a blast. Plus, if you do make it, we'll make sure to expand your musical horizons and drag you into the House room for a taste of what real music is supposed to sound like

WELL Epicurus....I will be attending!!! (if, of course I can find some place online where I can purchase tix....that is my only obsticle now!) and I WILL be in the Tiesto room for the 3-4-5 hours he is playing....however I respect house, trance, most genres of electronic music...I will even listen to jungle once in a while!! LOL....
Tiesto has and always be my favorite, but I am not one of those people who likes him and THATS IT! hehe There will be no drama because everyone has their own opinion of what music they like....haha and I would love to see you start a fight with me biatch LMAO

Someone just got feisty and called me a biatch Someone just declared war on Epicurus, a very unwise move, especially one coming from a Tiesto noob. You shall pay young grasshopper Wait until you get your booty up here for the Bal. I'll make sure you're personally initiated Montreal style

But seriously, I'm glad you're going to make it finally. Looking forward to sparring with you both verbally and on the dance floor Take care
