I'm a fat aviation technician! I was a twig out of bootcamp. I'm hoping to get back to that and then some! I wasnt really strong back then either, I could only do 10 pull ups...

i was just being a cock. (although the korea thing stands...most of those dudes were ripped, but it was my understanding that korea was the final deployment before Iraq...so yeah it make sense.)

Ive gotten pudgy again.

i worked hard to get back to 215lbs.... (6'4)...but even though i work out 4 times a week my abs suck because of beer....about 225 right now. I'm not a fatty, but if i keep being a lazy fuck who likes to drink i am looking at a heart attack in 4 years tops

I'm 5'8 and I'm 213! I was 231 last month. Heart disease and diabetes runs in the family so I put down the pizza and beer (and a social life) and picked up grilled chicken and water.
