Then Swamper and his entourage of 30, who were all wearing TA monogramed Rolexes, left the room and flew to Hawaii for a few hours because Del wanted fresh coconut.
To his defense, Trump didn't even really look like a bum.

The problem is that people go for speed rather than resistance, which is an innefficient way of exercising the abs. First of all you need to aid weight to the exercise as most peoples abs are capable of lifting their own body weight relatively well, then you need to slow down.
While the "crunches" exercise is somewhat useful, it's an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating exercise. The best way to do it is to hold a weight on your chest with both hands, then crunch up as much as you can. At that point, raise the weight slowly by straightening your arms upwards. Now the key point is to take at least 3-4 seconds to return to the start position while keeping your arms straight. Resistance is what people need in ab exercise.
Planks are fantastic for toning too, though people really need to fix their diet first.

Does anyone here do HIIT? Would you recommend it(aka does it work)?
HIIT is amazing, great for preserving muscle mass if you're on a cut. what i do is incorporate it into swimming, since the impact from running messes with my knees. basically, i do 2 laps moderate of whatever, then 1 lap butterfly sprint followed by 1 lap of freestyle sprint, then repeat the entire thing 6 times. merks me hard, but i've managed to get noticeably leaner while staying at the same weight, and this is after only a month of 2-3 HIIT sessions a week. i get mad bored doing low intensity cardio, so a 20 minute HIIT session is perfect for not getting bored

Haha nice.
I did plyometrics today and the second round of doing jump knee tucks i went double time for the whole 30 seconds. I nearly died but it felt so good lol.
That's the best work out of the whole program. It destroys your legs, you're hoppin around all over the place.
A taste!

So last week I realized I wasn't eating enough food anymore to lose weight. Last week I only lost maybe a pound so I added around 500 more calories to my diet and I'm repeating last week.
So far this week I've lost 3 lbs already! I always thought it was weird that you have to eat more to lose weight.
I took some pictures just to see what kind of progress I've made since last month. Holy shit! I just keep getting smaller! Still got a bit of fat left but round two should do the trick. I'm starting it right after I'm finished, fuck taking a break. It's so easy, I could do this diet for the rest of my life.
I'm down 47 lbs now so by the end of next week, which will be my final week, I'll be at least down 52 lbs if things keep up the way they are.
Yay!

Yeah that confuses me too. I've been consistently losing weight for the last year, and at the same time running longer and longer distances, so the most challenging part is that I can never have stable eating habits, I constantly have to readjust how many calories I'm consuming or I end up crashing and getting fatigued/dizzy.

Strange thing for me was I wasn't getting fatigued at all. My mom was the one that told me I needed to eat more, I had no fucking clue, lol. Mon-Wed I worked out twice a day and gained weight. I took Thursday off and lost 1.5 lbs.

I have 5 of the P90X DVD's, as my coworker burned them for me....I find all of them extremely challenging and I am loving it so far.
But, the shoulders and arms I thought was too easy! Looks like I have to invest in some heavier weights...it barely made me break a sweat!
