Yeah that's pretty much what I've been doing - except for running there's not much use for protein, so I just eat more pasta and such. The problem is that I'm constantly losing weight, so what's enough calories to stop me from boinking one week might not work the next week, as my metabolic rate just keeps shifting and not in a completely linear fashion.
