Well, I don't have a limp or anything (lol, limp). Just if I put a bit too much pressure on it, it lets me know pretty quickly

I've broken the pinky toe on my right foot about 15 times. Clumsy mofo.

Went out for my first run in months yesterday - I haven't ran regularly for 18 months now. Damn near killed me, I coughed up so much phlegm afterwards.
It's a great feeling to exercise again though. I just went back to the gym after a month and mentally I feel fantastic. I've also dropped 1.5kg because I've improved my diet so I'm starting to see results.
I just need to get back into a routine and definitely do more cardio.
I started P90X+ on Monday. These workouts are INTENSE! My whole back is sore, I've never felt it like this before, so awesome!

I luv working out at night like around 10pm its awesome how good you feel after a shower and immediately fall sleep after you lay on your bed
2 weeks in and I'm already seeing and feeling a difference in body shape and strength. It's kinda aggravating sticking to the routine though, because I can bench and squat way more than where I'm at at the moment. I guess it keeps things in balance though, since my back and shoulders have always been weaker. And I'm atrocious in pullups. Chin ups are definitely the way to go in the beginning.

I can do exactly the same amount of both. What does that tell me?
