I'm seriously entertaining the idea of buying a boxing/punching bag and gloves so I can do some exercises at home. Any tips or links to some good websites with exercises or like a buyers guide?
It is gross man. I'm so pissed off because I cant afford not to work out.

Buyer's guide? It's a punchbag, not a car. If you've got somewhere to hang it, buy one on its own. If not, buy one with a stand. Any decent sports shop will sell them.
Yea I know it's ridiculous but that's what I mean, like a hanging one or one with a stand and there's also differences. I'm probably going to grab a regular size hanging one, then just beat the crap out of it.

Yea they are quite common and they run in my family so I feel your pain mate, but you can minimise the damage and frequency by eating more fibre and exercising regularly. Sucks when you get them though.

i was at the gym today working out, instead of working out at home. so i'm doing my normal spartacus workout routine and i'm using 30lb weights for everything, and during one of the breaks i notice another dude in the free weights area working out; and he's using only 25lbs. and was only doing arms (at least, from what i could tell). the guy honestly looked bigger than me; but i felt so fucking good that i was doing more than he was. TAKE THAT YOU SCRAWNY GINGER! hahahaha
my chest and my arms are getting noticably stronger and bigger now. i feel really good about my appearance and results. even my legs are getting bigger, sometihng i honestly wasn't expecting.
i'm still a little guy (only at 150lbs); but i can personally notice results and that just makes me feel good and accomplished

He could have been using proper technique or more reps/sets than you. I see a lot of people who cheat just so they can do more weight, rocking, going quickly or not going all the way down.

gawd i hate those people at the gym. i always see them there too. Guys that pretend to be benching huge amounts but only go down 1 third of the way and do the sets really quickly. FFS.
This is why I'm doing the routine I'm doing now. It's for beginners but I'm putting 100% of my effort into technique. Been doing this for a month and now the weight is actually getting high enough that it poses a slight challenge. Makes me feel so good looking at those juice monkeys putting their whole body into a lat pull down and I'm pumping out more pull ups than they could ever hope to do.
