i fucking pulled my shoulder muscle at work today. got sent home early. its super swollen and fucking hurts.

when is a good time to stop icing it? ive been icing it for like 2 straight hours and my shoulder is fucking red and hurts. is there such a thing as over icing it?

Seriously though if everyone else sucks I guess I'll postpone my Toronto trip till the next Ultra Spin or something (if they have people I'm interested, hopefully they got B&J again)

I would def want to go to Cali again for a good party so I'd rather save my money if the lineup is weak.
