I've cut a few things out of my workout and instead am doing different things every time 2-3 times a week. Feeling a lot more motivated! Slacking on cardio, but meh.

I get out enough...I'd just like it to be routine like it used to, but I don't really have the schedule for it. Not a huge deal really, I do a lot of running around at work/on my feet all day sorta thing. I would like to get my endurance back to where it used to be though.

my schedule is odd as well. each week it's something different, and sometimes doesn't allow for great running times outdoors. i was complaining about it being too cold; now i feel like it's too hot :/

Blah I really need to do more cardio. Swimming laps in the pool would be ideal, but it's been pretty rainy the past couple weeks.

Good workout today though:

3x12 goblet squats with 30lbs
3x12 bench step ups (per leg) with 8lb dumbells, superset with v sit ups
3x12 deadlifts with 30lbs superset with hamstring rolls
planks
3x12 chest press superset with bent over rows, both with 30 lbs
3x12 bicep curls superset with shoulder press, 7.5 lbs/hand
tricep dips superset with planks

Rawrrrrrrr. But yeah need cardio.

I've been out of my routine since I left for mexico - but I've been able to maintain body weight comfort. That is I can still pull myself up and stuff. It actually was noticable when I with ease lifted myself up on to two football/soccer goalposts - I know cause of the near lack of resistence I felt. This was after 9km jog/run - which was the halfway point of my run - but with my shoes my foot was sore cause they are metal toed and regular and my foot is comfortable in more of a wide shoe. Point being other than pushups I havn't been getting much upper body exercise. Finally jogging again though, I want to do half marthatons minimum each time I go out - my legs are still in pain from yesterday (it was just after midnight sorta two days ago), but I went out for around a 20km bikeride and it was relieving. Cardio is just time consuming now unless it is on a machine.

Sprinting and aerobics are of course still options or hardstyle dancing.

I'm not sure I've become any stronger because of the running, but I've definitely been less tired during and after my workout because of the improved cardio.

I've been slacking a bit on cardio too, mostly because my legs are fucking sore for days after my leg workout each week. Running is really the only cardio I can fit into my schedule (i.e. doesn't require a pool or some piece of equipment like a stationary bike)

Just gave in and bought the whole set of DVD's (I had stated a while back that a coworker had given me 4.) My experience thus far:

Its challenging, but I am surprised with myself, and hanging in there. I have yet to NOT finish a DVD in full, although with the Yoga I want to turn off the TV after 60-70 minutes. Too long and I feel like the back of my calves are over-stretching!

I only do the program 4 days a week though, so no 90-day results for me. I dont care, I feel stronger and better already!

The Plyo's were not as hard as I thought they would be, but the super high jumps I totally FAIL at (ie; the rockstar jumps, etc....lol I swear I jump a foot off the ground while this Tony MotherF*Cker and the black lady are jumping 3 feet in the air. WTF! Those whoop my ass).

I need more cardio, though, because I am just getting bulky. I am getting an elliptical machine on Friday for in-between P90X workouts!
