This is an intense short lived form of tennis elbow.
Take some anti-inflammatory tablets from your chemist, and it will settle down in a few days.
Make sure that next time you train tricepts you use rope only, and go easy, this can take a few weeks of easy training to recover fully. And no heavy bench press either!
