I'm looking at Juventus in dissapointment.
I've got to face the fact, Juventus played like shit today and it doesn't come as a surprise. First of all, We lost the midfield battle to Fabregas after 20 minutes of the first half. You can't win any matches if you lose the midfield after 20 minutes.
Sure, we've lost 4 games out of the last 6 in the UEFA Champions League this season and I can't blame no one else than the Juventus-players and Capello's bad coaching.
I'm truly dissapointed with Juventus and their appereance tonight, and we played even worse than last time in Germany against Werder Bremen where a couple of minutes could've meant that we could've been knocked out of the tournament. Now, when I compare that loss to this one, I can always take it out on bad defending and unlucky players in the last couple of minutes + That we actually played well without scoring on the chances we had. But, when I look at this loss, I only see Juventus-players making shameful appereances and playing one of the worst games this season. This can actually be compared to the Milan-loss which was our very first in 2005/2006.
If I would rate our players tonight, I would clearly give Fabio Cannavaro, Gianluigi Buffon and Emerson good ratings, Not even Emerson deserves this, But he did play well in the first half and tried at least to create something forward.
Buffon saved Juventus from being totally knocked out of this tournament more than thrice, and I'm very thankful. The same goes with Fabio Cannavaro, He also played quite well and saved Juventus from being totally humiliated, result-wise.
Now let's take a look at the really bad things:
Patrick Vieria returns "Home" to London, and Arsenal after leaving the club for Juventus. Everything is good and it looks very good on the paper. But what does Patrick really achieve this game? Nothing at all.
I would rather see Federico play instead of Jonathan Zebina, doesn't really matter when. I still think he's a much better player, and Capello has to get rid off that "favourite-player" thing that he's got since Roma. Zebina isn't good enough to play against those players. I'm sure Federico could do a much better job than Zebina did today. I'm positive.
Looking at Juventus two otehr midfielders who's going to create the offensive stuff forward, How much did Mutu and Camoranesi do? Nothing.
How much help did they get and why is Camoranesi trying to finish off every single pass, why not play simple?
I still don't get why the fuck Zebina got to play, and why Vieria wasn't substituted. I still don't get why Capello doesn't try anything new instead of that shitty cowardly way of playing.
I'm sure Giannichieda would do a much better job than Vieria did today, and why not start with Emerson and Giannichiedda instead of Mutu and Camoranesi?
Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Why is it so fucking hard to pass a ball right? How the hell are you going to start producing goals if you can't kick the ball properly?
Camoranesi got two yellow cards, The first one in frustration because he didn't get a freekick when Fabregas tackled him, then he got back and took revenge on Flamini. Then he continued to play like he did and finally he was given his second yellow card, once again after frustration he kicked down a player. Stupid challenge, I just can't believe that Capello didn't see that he couldn't carry on, He was too angry/mad/frustrated to continue on, Why the hell did he substitute him when Juventus played Livorno at Delle Alpi last time? That's right, He played 9 minutes and got frustrated at Livorno-attacker Lucarelli. He had to leave the pitch, Didn't he learn anything from that?
Why the hell did Capello substitute Mutu when Camoranesi played like shit tonight? He also had a yellow card, and the rest that's written above.
Zebina should be ashamed, after that shameful attack on Henry. I knew Juventus would fuck up in England once again, and we didn't even had a single chance to score a goal. Totally outplayed.
Arsenal played very well, closed our offensive play and we didn't have any for 85 minutes of the game. How can you score a goal on 5 minutes?
Cesc Fabregas clearly Man of The Match together with Thierry Henry, Kolo Touré, Senderos, Flamini and ofcourse Reyes.
The only players who deserves a rating tonight is:
Gianluigi Buffon, Fabio Cannavaro and Emerson deserves a half rating. The rest with Capello can go home and be ashamed of themselves.
I'M DEEPLY DISSAPOINTED.
