Its still a fucking 8th seed man!!! An 8th seed! A team that won 67 games vs a team that barely made it! Enough said. Dallas should of won it. We were talking championship with dallas, not making the first round.
Yeah but how often does a first seed play againt a 8th seed where the HEad Coach originally created the team of the first seed and knows each and every player from A to Z???
Don Nelson drafted or traded for nearly all the players on the Dallas Roster and he made Dirk what he is today. He knows how to defend him and he knows how to beat the Mavs... and he just did that.
If he had coached the Spurs before the Warriors he would have done the same to the Warriors too.

this is why I want a research department at my disposal.
Yeah, I really wish Oakland would have won that year, solely because of Rich Gannon. What a shame.

late post by me ..
sad the rockets lost saturday night. i was really expecting them to create a haystorm in the playoffs ...
interesting to see the warriors-jazz matchup. two different styles of play here. i give the edge to the warriors. if they come out of this series, and reach the western conf finals, i would definately have the wtf face going on ...
pistons and bulls proved one point. both teams have good defenses, but pistons is better at the moment....
go spurs. a very entertaining match today. at the end, san antonio had enough stops to come away with a victory.
and that other game cavs-nets ..........

The Suns looked dominant last night. I think the Spurs are on their heels a bit going back to San Antonio. Nash is on a mission, and refuses to lose. I still like Golden State's chances against Utah, but they HAVE to start playing defense again. The Cavs and Pistons both just need to close out at this point. Is it just me, or is the Western Conference 20 times more exciting than the East?

i am surprised the jazz are keeping up with golden state's pace in this series. also, like the mavs had no answer for davis and richardson, the warriors have no answer for okur and boozer. these 2 guys are key players for the jazz, who missed a lot of games last year. the jazz could have been a better team last year, if okur and boozer didn't go down to injuries.

We'll see how the Jazz do over in the Bay, the Rockets v Jazz series was dominated by the home team (except game 7). I'm expecting the Jazz to lose Game 3 and then win out to meet the Spurs in the Western Conference championship. The suns were definitely NOT dominate in Game 2, it was a MUST win or go home game in which the Suns couldn't have possibly have lost. Tim Duncan dominated the Suns and got absolutely NO help from any other teammate. Suns wanted the game more and they won it, now the entire series is in the Spurs' hands, thats the last team you want holding the future of your team in their grasp.
