I plan on visiting all of them and the new ones that pop up. I try to go to 3-5 a year.

You've already been to the new busch stadium?
|
Yes. It's nice, but it lacks character. They really did a half ass job when building the stadium. However, my opinion may change since I eventually plan on visiting it again when they finish up building the "Ballpark Village".
However, the fans are the best in baseball. Not even debatable. They literally live and die off baseball.

what exactly is your criteria? |
Seat/comfort is #1, then in no particular order, neighborhood, access to the ballpark, outside architecture, view you see past center field, anything memorable about the ballpark for the most part.

Apparently you are giving higher ratings for newer parks, presumably with more modern amenities (except tampa).
|
Not quite.
I have wrigley as my #4 favorite ballpark. They actually get the concept of leg room. Plus Wrigleyville is a phenomenal neighborhood to be around before and after the game.

Shea is a shit-hole and should be nowhere near yankees stadium, for that matter, |
Yankee Stadium is no better. It's narrow and cramped, plus you got eye sores between the left field boxes and the bleachers. (The garbage collector).

i thought mcafee was better than shea, much better. |
It has the charm of Rikers Island and the center field seats, affectionately known as "Mount Davis", is a killer. However, the fans are phenominal. Oakland fans are great.
