Shape is fine, just need to tone tone tone.
I've got a great cardio routine, but am totally clueless in the weights/crazy machines area.
I've got an assessment and meeting with a personal trainer in 2 weeks.

for girls, i won't stress this enough. to tone, you need to build/strengthen muscle. a lot of girls think toning = more reps less weight. that becomes aerobic exercise, which can be counter productive if you're already doing some cardio
also, be careful with how much cardio you're doing. doing tons of cardio will throw your bodies hormones off and you'll start storing fat instead of losing it. i would keep it to 3-4 times a week if you absolutely must have it.
assuming your goal is to lose some weight and tone your body, i would just take in a little under your maintenance in calories, lift heavy and push yourself, and do cardio in moderation.
