i know the feeling. ever since i stopped 'cutting', i'm never satisfied. not that i was before, but i suppose the idea that i was dieting helped conceal my hunger lol. my appetite is through the roof. as if my body is recovering from all the time spent dieting lol.
but with eating more, my workouts have been a ton more intense. finally going up in weight with exercises i've plateaued at. feels good man
