Well, I alternate among 3 different workout series:

I guess series 1 focuses on Chest, Biceps and shoulders.
I think series 2 focuses on Triceps, Back, and something.
And I know series 3 is just for the lower body.

I'm glad there's an instructor to organise my routines, I know next to nothing about the logistics of lifting weight

As joke I posted a similar pic in the bedroom sessions thread a few weeks ago when Adam played during my workout, lololol. (It's not there any more though)

I don't think it was much more than 100 some odd pounds total on the bar. But it was clearly all set up on purpose, lol. Fuckin queer.

Now the weather has gone to shit I've barely been running at all. I've cut up nicely though, and my abs are showing through now. I've started doing more ab/core exercises to really bring them out. Any tips are much appreciated.
