Get the fuck in! I LOVE beating the Mancs
Whats better is the fact we deserved it, we out played them for the majority of the game and fully deserved to win.
Was pretty impressed with Riera for a first game. Keane on the other hand was very poor. I hope he comes good soon.
The own goal was hilarious
+1 on Riera. He has some great footwork, he did this thing on the touchline where he shot it through the defenders feet AS he was running. I know that doesn't sound right, can't really explain it...I have high hopes for him though

Another +1 on Riera, worth buying him just for that game today it was a great performance.
So 10 points out of 12, Manc's on 4 out of 9.
Don't get me wrong, United will come very good this year again, as with previous but the fact we took advantage of there early season weakness.
I'm an overall happy man.

argh
that was disappointing! so much possession, so many shots but only a couple of real good chances that were saved. why was gerrard's goal at the start disallowed? it looked pretty fine on the replay?

offside was given
but against who? the player at the far post who ran in to make sure it was a goal? because he wasn't offside. commentators thought it should have been allowed, it didnt look like anyone was offside, maybe just a bad decision

Offsides on Torres I think. It was a bad call, but the ref saw what he saw.
Dodgy cunt.

The disallowed goal against Stoke was utter bullshit. It's decisions like that which can make or break a season and that has lost us 2 points, that and our complete and total inability to pose any threat whatsoever from corners and freekicks which has to be readdressed ASAP. Lets hope we can beat the bitters this weekend to make up for it though, we really could do with both Torres and Keane getting on the scoresheet to improve their confidence.
