how long are your workouts lasting these days? i think i'm turning into a bitch when i comes to working out man. i never spend as much time down in the dungeon as i used to. i'm thinking about going crazy and busting out like olden times...

i still don't have a camera...the only reason i could post those is because i used my neighbors scanner while they were on vacation.
