I just mixed 2 scoops of protein with a cup of egg whites. It's not too bad either. Drinking egg whites itself is disgusting but I can chug them down lol. 64g protein shake fuuuuck yea PROTEIN!

I put egg whites in my protein shakes. I also make pancakes and oatmeal with protein powder in 'em.

Have a few different kinds. All whey protein though. One is Whey Gourmet (chocolate), one is Muscle Milk (banana something), and I can't remember the other one (cookies and cream).

Anybody else suing PVL mutant mass? It's been working extremely well for me, I've gained more than 10 pounds in 2 months and hardly any fat.

That's completely untrue. More than half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk; a large 50-gram chicken egg contains approximately 5 grams of fat. The egg white consists primarily of water (87%) and protein (13%) and contains no cholesterol and little, if any, fat.
However, research indicates that moderate consumption of eggs does not put people at risk of cholesterol problems. But saying that yolks are healthier than whites is just plain wrong.
