4oz plain flour
2 or 3 eggs
pinch of salt
1/2 pint of milk

mix the eggs into the flour/salt, then slowly add milk as u stir/whisk. put into a pan that's had oil or lard pre-heated until it's melted. cook at 190c for 20-30 mins depending on how well done u want it.
