I think that their list is closed now (at least that was mentioned in one of the emails and I haven't seen it retracted in another). I think that at this point, you have to go with someone that's on it.

He plays DC 22nd, and Mont. for Bal En Blanc 23rd

I assume he's playing NYC and not Toronto on the 21st based on DC/Mont
