i love food too much to be able to tolerate protein shakes. they're gross and upset my stomach sometimes, especially after a hard workout. i can tolerate myoplex vanilla in the blender with some frozen fruit, but that's about it.
as an alternative, i'd rather crack open a can of starkist albacore tuna in water....drain it, add some tomato, cucumbers, lime juice, salt & pepper and just eat it like that.
