Irrelevant. Learn to argue. You're not making the claim "It's a healthier way of creating a calorific deficit", you're making the claim it's easier. Which is wrong. I mean, I don't know what end game you think you're going to reach here. You're basically arguing to save face, which is why you're constantly shifting the topic, backtracking from refuted claims, resorting to ad hominem and clinging onto any point you can think of at a given moment. But five or six people unanimously disagree with you and we can all see your stupidity. No matter how long you cling on for, you're not going to look any less stupid or wrong than you already do.
