and the day after a work out with less weight...the muscle is sore because i targeted it so well. i don't have a lot of secondary and supportive muscles too sore to workout. and i don't have any stiffness in joints and shit either which is another problem i had. i just think by lowering the weight and really focusing in on the muscle you're working, that i'm actually getting a better workout. |
cant argue with that. I usually lift the weight i am comfortable with. I have been tempted to move up for the last set but i dont think it will be worth while. Sure as it is i am usually struggling on the last few reps!
