not really. picotto was seating on a speaker, waiting for his turn to spin. i came up to him, got my picture. such a nice guy. i would've loved to talk to him but it was too loud in there, couldnt even hear myself.

this is why i like seeing DJs at small clubs. they are easily approachable. it was weird cause not many ppl were coming up to him while he was just sitting there.

yeah that hairy guy kept bumping into to me... besides that, the night was awsome! PvD was impressive, the crowd/vibe was great, and it was cool to see more TA's out this time. it's always good to party with you people

i think thats just how he is. he's very serious about his mixing ability so he concentrates a lot. this guy IMO, is a very technical, clean mixer as compared to tiesto who hops around and drives the crowd crazy but isn't as smooth as pvd when it comes to mixing.

Yep, Paul gave some smiles (especially when every he saw the sign), but most of the time he was head down concentrating - very serious.

Didn't notice this thread, so I accidentally posted in the original PVD thread! Ooops.

Anyhow
I got there around 12:20 due to work.
Anyone know what time he started spinning at?

I thought the show was alright.
Some of the tracks were pretty good, but a lot of the sounds out these days seem to be lacking the quality and originalty of the old school tracks such as Gouryella - Walhalla/Gouryella System F - Out Of The Blue. Etc. That shit gets me hoppin' the stuff coming out today seems to be all about bass with very little emotion and flavor.

There were a lot of people waiting for Autographs!
Tiesto didn't have nearly as many people waiting it out for him.
I happened to be at the front of the line with my cam held out and ticket in hand yet I was one of the 5-7 people that didn't get an autograph or picture! Man I was stoked about that!

Oh well.
