Actually I don't I just think YOU haven't read up on them... You can keep an open-mind, thats fine by me. I am just a realist and when I see things like "tarrot-card readers" and "we are trying to bring back hipsters, models, and art-types" I don't exactly jump up and down getting all excited. In fact, I have spoken at length about this subject elsewhere and we have all come to the same conclusion. You want to give them a try, go RIGHT on ahead, I'll probably give Avalon a try, sounds like something that might work. The other places simply give me a very bad feeling... I don't think they will be about the music, good vibes, and friendly atmosphere... Could I be wrong, sure I could. I tend to analyze things, and what I have said is my analysis, take it for what it is worth.

Yeah its been awhile, I have discussed this with a lot of people since then and the conclusion I have come too is that there is a good chance that what I said before will come to fruition, but there is also a good chance it may not. I wasn't very encouraged to find out Avalon will have a dress-code though... as well as Crobar... who knows maybe when they open and the suggestions roll in and stuff, they could loosen up and slowly those spots could get better and better... I'll tell ya what, Avalon has some kickass lineups already..

9/20 - Seb Fontaine and Dave Ralph
9/27 - Lee Burridge
10/3 - James Zabiela

Still need to hear more about Crobar but rumors have started again that they are out of money, so its possible the place may not even open.
