For $5, I could glue knobs on a black cardboard box and make it look almost identical to your mixer...that doesn't say anything about the quality of your mixer.

well this is pretty screwed up.
first of all they are totally out of stock. i'm currently in melbourne and there are no more djx-700s left in australia. next shipment is coming only before xmas=(
secondly a number of vendors mentioned that customers had returned the djx700 after a month or so due to crackling faders and a humming sound.
i'm buying one tomorrow.
