I'm a store mamager trainer and those are basically the same words I used to instill self-confidence, just not as artful.  It's hard to tell people to have self-confidence, but you can tell them what it takes to acheive it. Good posts, girl.
I think I'm going to say hi to Simcut too. Oh yeah, good luck with your school. I ended up with my degree in Architecure Design, go figure.
