You know what scared me hard last night, while i was reading this thread i got curious to how much damage my ears have dealt that i have yet to see...now i go put on the hi-fi on normal volume to put on some music, for about 3 seconds in my ear starts ringing...now after about 20 seconds later it just disappeared...scary stuff.

a mate of mine has the same thoughts on smoking... i hope for his sake they do.. although i wouldnt count on it!
personally i dont think my ears are up to the standards they use to be.. im always turning things up when others are wanting them down.. and im often asking people to repeat what they have just said which is why ive decided to take action now to prevent further damage
just getting into serious dj'ing now, so my ears still have a long way to go yet.. better protect them as much as possible!

hmmm still havent got mine
did you guys actually get an email stating that yours had been sent? all i got was the confirmation on payment email that was sent straight after ordering.. havent heard anything since
i didnt actually notice they had a store in perth *slaps self, could of just picked them up!* i just ordered from the main site..
been 2 weeks now

That's gay. I expected them today in Sydney, as it said 3days. They were responsive to my e-mail enquries. I'm not going to be home till monday, any chance you could fire off a mail or go in and hassle them?

i didnt actually order from the guys in perth i ordered it from the main site http://www.etymotic.com/ so cant go in but will write an email now just to find out..
