Brian, seriously, rule out FL. Too far away bro. NYC is the place to be. I'm sure DC is awesome, but NYC is just amazing! Like Bree said you could move in with her & co in a loft. Just think how awesome that would be. Plus, I always got room in my place for ya. I live alone in a whole house so there's more than enough space.
