I haven't read this entire thread, but my vote for a full smoking ban is YES PLEASE!!!

I'm tired of coming home from a club and reeking of smoke, coughing the next day more than usual, blowing grey snot out of my nose. I'm not exaggerating, and I have never had a cigarette in my entire life.

Smoking is the target because it harms more than just the person with the cigarette. If you have a drink, or two, or twenty-two, nobody else suffers from your actions but you.
