Personally I couldn't care less about the bass and synths when the vocals are that annoying. I guess the tune is well produced, but you can still call it cheese with such vocals. The rest of the tune isn't very special either IMO. You however can off course see this differently.

sound of goodbye is a tough call. i find this track beautiful myself, but i did hear that track over the radio working out in NYSC
