8-15 PSI aint shit and it certainly wont get you into the 12's.. Your going to need at least 22 PSI to see those numbers on the STOCK engine. Not to mention how much youll have to guy your car.

My best track time was 13.8.

a.) A NA 98 Neon that will be running high 13s.
b.) A 98 Neon that is NA and will be running high 13s.
