On the main console, there's a "buy items" button. All you have to do is by a suffiecient amount of crack for the number of moves you want to do.

well i got enought crack for all of them but it says they are unhappy and stuff???

Yeah .. read the guide, it tells you that one hooker will eat one crackrock every 10 turns. So if you've got 500 hookers, you need 50 crackrocks to use 1 turn. And so on and so on.

Hookers will be unhappy if they don't have enough condoms. Thugs will be unhappy if they don't have enough guns or cars.

hahah ok! ok my dealers are pretty unhappy now, it says i need atleast 2 thugs for each dealer.. i got a 10:1 ratio of thugs and dealers and still are unhappy.

ALSO can i join in a cartel in Australia if i'm accidently in Japan, or do i have to travel to Australia???
