The situation basically is that the main arena of ARQ is normally closed on a Friday night therefore nobody is going there at all gay or straight. Occasionally it is open i.e. for Matt Darey, Lange e.t.c. But at the moment it doesn't have a regular crowd.
As it is not being used and does not have a regular Friday night crowd we have been able to book it for ANOT.
With regards to ANOT being straight or gay basically the advertising for ANOT targets a predominantly straight crowd i.e. using 3D world for advertising rather than SX or Sydney Star Observer. It does also target the gay community in some areas i.e. advertising at golds gym in the city and bayswater gym which are predominantly gay gyms. We have always done this. This means we generally get a predominantly straight crowd but we do have some of the gay community in attendance.
What i'm getting to is expect a fairly similar crowd to normal
