For me the very first game was good ol Doom, kinda made me jumpy, but I loved it and played it over and over, but the main game to make me jumpy as hell and freakin out was AVP Marine, love that game, but really its only the first few levels that got to me, after that you get used to things jumping out at ya, I just finished tryin Doom3 out, and it looks like its gonna be a killer game, but my laptop runs it pretty shitty.

Gonna check out FEAR though.

Scariest game I have played so far is The Suffering. I love this game but it's a really hard game to pass where I haven't finished it either. I love the concept & storyline of this game because I still can't figure what it really is lol But thats what makes me play it. Other game which I seen my friend play is gotta be Silent Hill, all series!

My room is very psychdelic with psy/goa art but for some reason I got afriad of all the stuff on my room after playing Fatal frame for the first time. That game was just down right scarry 2 me. Too some of you it might not be...but it freaked the shit out of me.

when i was little i think doom was the scariest for me, esspecially when those pink-coloured bull-like-thing would pop up out of the blue. WHAAA!!

some adventures like 7th Guest and 11th hour really got me as well at that age.

now games dont really scare me anymore

Haven't had the chance to play most the games you all have listed unfortunately.

But I am surprised Clock Tower, or Clock Tower 2 didn't show up in the list. Those are freaky ass games. Me and my friend would stay up playing those because we refused to play alone, and we'd still be scared as hell hehe.

There was an old game for PC called 'Phantasmagoria'. There was also a sequel, but it came nowhere close to the original. At the time, there were so many things in it to make you jump, and so many hidden secrets....*sigh; nostalgia.

I vote for this game.

Doom III, Silent Hill series, and Resident Evil Series.. I've been frightened on all of them.

i wanna try doom 3 high although i haven't even played the game before.

As of the moment Doom 3, but Resident Evil 0 and the original remake on Gamecube take the cake, im a fan of classics but nothing has scared me in my earlier years (i was also prone to playing rpgs)
