One thing I have learned from observing people's diverse range of personal BT favorites is that B.W. Transeau must be very consistent with his production even though it spans so many "types of sounds". That's really, really admirable.

Kind of like a solar system... "Flaming June" might be more like "Flaming Jupiter" or even the Sun, because it is like a gravitational anchor around which the lesser-cited but still very valid favorites revolve.

There is a curious part in "Giving Up The Ghost" where a male (I think it's Hutchy, not sure?) deeply intones, his voice warped out by digital trickery:

"Traaance... giving up the ghost."

I laughed so hard when that came on.
