Good Morning everyone! How is everyboday today?

I thought I'd jump in here and try to get things sorted.

First, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Not everyone is going to love the same music or think every dj is amazing. That is okay. I welcome people expressing their opinions on djs, music, producers. I learn alot reading their opinion. I just hate when it gets personal though. Saying some dj is complete crap or an idiot when I'm sure the person posting to the thread couldn't do any better. I'd love to see some of these peeps put their mixing skills where their mouth is. But anyway.....

Now about the album. At the moment there are 4 tracks with vocals and 6 tracks without. All are original works, many are being produced as collaberations (spelling..it is early here). One track I particularly loved was dumped since it didn't fit well with the others. As far as I know it will not be mixed together since this is an artist album, not a mix cd as was Coldharbour.

Anyway, I'm off to get some breakfast now. I hope this helps.

Have a great Saturday,

Heather

Here we go again, the good old "if you don't like it why don't you do it better?"-line. For once I'd like to see the people giving out this challenge stick to it when someone accepts it.

at the end of the day, it's all about personal taste..

all this bitching about who's better or not.. all pointless.

again, my point being yes, please have personal taste and an opinion...but ease up on the personal attacks. If you think you can do better, by all means I'd love to hear it! I'm just tired of the personal attacks against djs, producers, etc when it is all a matter of personal taste. Just because you do/don't liek something dosen't mean others who do/don't are in the wrong.

I think you need to look in the mirror a bit. Not once did I say anything that would be a personal attack. I stated my opinion on his music quite clearly and not once did I mention anything about the man himself or what I think of him (how could I, I don't even know him). Somehow you managed to take it as a personal insult... but it figures since you're biased anyway.

I'm sorry but I don't recall mentioning you personally ,Mr. Mystery, in my comments. I was speaking of people, in general, who tend to post personal comments regarding djs. If you felt I was speaking to you directly, I'm sorry you were confused.

My original post, if you read it, was in regard to pervious posts on this topic. Not once did I mention anyone in particular. I am in favor of all opinion wether good, bad or indifferent. I'm just not in favor of personal attacks. This board seems ripe with them.

I then posted regarding the artist album as that was the original intent of this thread.

first of all im going to freely admit that i read up to page 9 of this thread and that i have become completely disgusted ...first of all, one should NEVER compare ASOT with GDJB ...(btw Markus Started GDJB a month after ASOT was started...and BTW he didnt even know about ASOT at the time...so before anyone goes and calls markus a poser or anything dont even go there...) Markus is a very talented artist...he is original, does all studio work by himself and doesnt hire engineers to do shit for him (like some big dj's do,,i wont mention names ) and he has pioneerd one of the most amazing sounds i have ever heard...as for those of you that think the sound is boring and whatnot...why are you even posting in this thread?? you obviously arent interested in the same thing as we who appreciate the sound..!! why dont you go post on another fucking thread about DJ's that do deserve it and have fallen to the way-side!!! MS's album will be what he wants it to be...I have collab'd with him on the album (I.E. Clear Blue, and Largo) and also was involved with co-production on a few songs...(this does not make them markus schuluz presents elevation tracks) there are many vocal tracks and the album kicks all of you bad mouthing cockbags right out of the water...if you want to debate about somthing like this...go to the ESPN forums...don't come to TA to make a fucking ass of yourself dissing Talent that you will NEVER ever become..

P.S. id like to hear a "not so boring style" from one of you thugs...BRING IT ON

Fair enough. And agreed on the personal attacks thingy.
