not really. if you sleep more than 8 hours a day, and don’t exercise, then YOU are the unhealthy person, if comparing to someone who does exercise and needs less sleep. by saying, "Unhealthy people who need less sleep"...are you talking about people who are insomniacs?? if so, well then, yea, that's unhealthy. but someone who only needs about 6-7 hours of sleep each night and has an active life (like exercising), is not unhealthy at all. as you get older (over 30), you start to need more sleep and it becomes healthier to have at least 8 hours a night. but when you're young, you should only need like 6-7 tops. young people who sleep too much are more prone to depression and poor eating habits.
