Started listening to EDM around 2000, but back then I listened to lots of bullshit that I thought it was trance, but actually was commertial dance *cough* VIVA and MTV crap *cough*... Later, I got into techno, and finally, I got into trance around 2002...

Don't bother... Even the very, very pros on the forums had such a period of time. (And some other people just don't seem to get over it! )

I started really listening to trance music pretty recently (About 6 months ago) through Paul Oakenfold's Bunkka. Ever since I started getting into it... I couldn't get enough!
Also I got into it a little bit through DDR. (Dance Dance Revolution)
