Even if JetGroove in defense says they weren't selling the tracks, they were only ON HOLD until the labels approved a deal, then the labels can still make a case of JetGroove posting samples of the tracks on the website for people to listen to. Regardless of what they wrote as a disclaimer on 10/9 it doesn't change the fact that they have made it publicly known that these tracks and/or remixes exist and used the words licensed and compensation on their FAQ page. They implied that all of the artist's authorized the tracks to be listed for DL.

To ragadast: this site is making money off of other peoples work, while free websites are not making money, being the major difference.

And it seems we're almost finished with our first week of advertising this site which isn't going down judging by its latest news in which they explain why what they're doing is legal.
