Common sense doesn't seem to come as a default anymore.

Why don't you simply take care of the problem and get a restraining order, or quit playin around and tell them to seriously leave you alone. Someone stalking you who isn't your friend or someone you know, probably isn't something you'd want to let go easily, especially if he/she is looking in your window...

Be careful with this. One of my marks tried this strategem, but I took it to be an order to restrain her. She ended up enjoying that, though.
